My mother enjoyed reminding me that I threw fits at the supermarket because I wanted her to buy me the newest glossy magazine or a book. Other kids, she liked to point out, were screaming for Cocoa Puffs.

Ever since childhood, my main interests have tended toward art, literature, music and film. Passions for these very things still cohere in all of my work today.

I joke that I was a designer in San Francisco at the time when personal computers were invented. It sounds funny, but it's also very true. I've always relished acquiring new knowledge and expanding my technological expertise. Maturing as a designer apace the development of computer technology has been important to my creative life. But I believe that creating memorable images is the ultimate goal regardless of what tools are used.

I have been fortunate to have worked with talented associates and exceptional clients throughout my career. Thanks to those colleagues and opportunities I have gained valuable experience, allowing me to develop design solutions for a wide variety of products and services.
